The Request: I would like an illustration (Medium doesn't matter) of the following character, kind of a montage (I think?). A faded picture of her in armor in the background, maybe brandishing her saber...or using it...and a full picture of her in the foreground, sassy stance optional, smirk and raised brow mandatory.
Height: 5' 3" (Out of armor), 5' 5" (In armor)
Eye Color: Indigo, electrically blue...hints of magneta/fuscia
Hair Color: Raven, pitch black
Complection: Light tan
Demeanor: Saged, arrogant but not cocky, passive
Appearance: Think black leather. Think "Wow that looks great on her". Preferably short hair, long's fine too. Think Otep Shamaya (OT3P). Think Cristina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil). Think Yulia Volkova (t.A.T.u.). The eyes are her most captivating feature. They seem intriguing and inticing.
Armor: Full body Mandalorian based. Mirrored finish. Base color is silver, flashed of fuscia and black. Black bodysuit worn underneath. On the right hip hangs her saber. The armor has a built-in jetpack on the back, armored as well. Single thruster. The helmet is typical Mando. Torso armoring as well, except it's very form fitting and graceful. Leg armoring follows suit with torso. The boots are semi-platformed, and black...gotta have the black boots. Overall the armor sticks with it's Mandalorian roots, yet very much expresses the seductive nature of the wearer. And as a note, Malice taps into the Darkside to help power the suit.
Saber: Very elegant. Black handle/hilt (What's the proper term for a lightsaber?) with a fuscia blade. Simple, sleek, beautiful.

Little's known about the origin of Malice. She doesn't boast of past accomplishments. She doesn't parade around trophies. She hardly even speaks her name. Yet she's feared all the same. Jedi Knights and Masters alike have fallen by her blade. It's speculated she was once a Bounty Hunter, successful one too. Until the Jedi killed her lover, pushing her into the Darkness.
When not scouring the universe of Jedi, Malice slips into the guise of Vixen (AKA Vix), the hard rocking lead vocalist of the band called 'The Dark'. With lyrics praising the deaths of Jedi, and glorifying the Sith, 'The Dark' are critisized immensly by most governments, yet are an overwhelming hit amongst younger demographics.
I am intrigued. Specifically because you seemed to appreciate my 'Sith Girl' piece, which seems to have a bit of commonality. I'm not going to go so far as 'claim' it yet, as I'll be quite busy for a few weeks, but if no one else has fulfilled this fantasy for you by then, then I will give it a shot.
'Sith Girl' has very many of the aspects I seek with this piece. I absolutely love the way you did the body. The pose and clothing set that piece off...

Give it time. You have a very specific request and those tend to take a little longer is all.
I actually intend to do it, I just didn't want to block anyone else who wanted to, as i wouldn't be able to get to it for a while. If you don't mind a wait of at least 3 weeks, then I'm your man.

I feel comfortable enough to officially claim this now. It still might be a while, but I guarantee that it will get done.
Malice: I've done some preliminary work on this. A few questions:
Her armor; you say its 'mandalorian based'. How much so? The crusader style helmet? Is it full formed hard-armor, like clone troopers/ storm troopers or is it boba-fett style plates on fabric?
The Dark; what sort of style band would it be? Would we consider it heavy metal, punk, gothic-punk...?
More Jango styled armor, except more...'Updated', with a feminine twist.
Industrial Rock (Goth Rock)
Any tattoos or piercings to go with that?
Is she large or small busted?
Also...the armor. you say mirrored finish. Do you mean polished shine, or do you mean chromed and reflective?
Also, would a studded collar be out of place? I had planned on lots of dark eye-makeup in a smear effect around the eyes to emphasize them. Is this suitable, or would you rather a more conservative.
Red lipstick or black? (blue? other?)
Tribal tattoos would be alright, she's a warrioress at heart.
Bust is up to you. I have no preference.
I imagine her armor a mix of polish and chrome.
You kidding? Studded collar is almost a prerequisite. And the makeup? Go for it! Of course, black lipstick. Think very...very..."Goth". She's like a Neo-Sith. Not so much the long flowing robes or monotonic voice..but the spunky hair and dark make-up type.

This is going to be a two-stage work. Malice without armor, then one with the armor, then I'll layer them together.
I've started the colours on the first stage. I'm not going to do a WIP blog, because it tends to impede my artistic momentum, and generate a procrastination effect. The thrill of unveiling a finished piece that no one has seen before tends to drive me.
However, if you really need a visual update, send me a private e-mail with a place to send it, and I'll send you what I've got so far. I'd hate to put a lot of work into something that isn't going to be correct in the end.
