Member since: 2007This is a request for anyone who would like to take it on, and since it's not related to SW, I figured that the Request forum wouldn't be the place for it.
What I want is a pirate character drawn up. It's in anticipation for Pirates of the Burning Sea, and it will be posted on their boards, to inspire others to write a story about the pirate in the picture.
I don't have any specifics on the pirate really, It will all be up to the artist. Just remember he or she, needs to be of a logical design for the 18th century. The artist who takes this request would have full play on the expression on the face, as wel as what all the pirate is carrying. If anyone wants to take it, just post so here.. Would be greatly appreciated, and thank you for anyone who reads this unstarwarsy request :)

If an artist takes this. Do us the favor of including both the Artists info (duh) and a link to SWAG. The more traffic we can get coming this way the better.

In fact.. I could also use a British, Spanish, and French sailor as seperate pieces of art as well.... figured I'd see if I get any nibbles on this one... :)
Cool, I need some non-StarWarsian artwork to pad out my portfolio so I'm looking for inspiration. I have an idea for a pirate, though not a typical one. Let me know if you're interested in me picking this one up, maybe send me a private message. If things go well maybe I'll look into those other sailor-types too.

The idea of the picture is to make people make up a story about his/her life.. and have a contest, where the best story wins.. ((I already have the devs backing it up, once I get the picture... )) So by all means go for it... It'll give me a chance to tell people about SWAG, and show people your work :)
