Well,i guess introduce myself first,i go by X,am a star wars fan to say the least.LOVE IT!!I have played most all the video games i can,but am stuck on star wars battle front 2.I have a clan there with a bunch of guys who love it as much as i do.I came across this site looking fo r star wars pic for sig and banners for my clan web site i have made,(clanjsa.forumarena.com)if i find some cool stuff,how would i go about asking if i may use it.i do not want to upset someone by using there images or art work?Also what do most people do,make the art work with the pc or by hand then put it on the pc?

To answer your question, if you intend to post someones picture somewhere else, it's necessary to credit them for every picture you use that is not yours. If you modify someones pic and post it where others can see it, you must first ask for permission. You can do this via your SWAG inbox, click on the name of the artist you like and send a message asking for permission to use their work and credit it. Most will allow you to do so. The most important thing is to credit the original artist ALWAYS...

It also never hurts to tell the artist how great and wonderful and downright godlike they are. Artists love to here that stuff. Then that allows them to say things like, "Gee, thanks." and "nah. I just do what I can."
That way they can appear to be humble.
It always works with me, anyway.

Although it does take a lot of work to make everything look effortless. I'm just happy to be amongst so many talented people. Really. I'm not just saying this because it's All Fools Day. I can be as sarcastic as this all year round.
