Another member of The Last Outlaw's crew, for Anarchangel. :D This is Eepa Volo, a group of hairless hivemind teddybear things, aka Bilar. I'd never heard of this species before Anarch's request, and they were definitely weird enough to grab my attention, haha. I would love to see this character in action!
