Nago the Hutt Crimelord

Nago is a major villain in my own Tatooine campaign. He has a skin condition that has resulted in some uncomfortable lesions that only serve to improve his mood and necessitates the constant attention of lotion bearing attendants. In addition, he has one badly cataracted eye and a cleft in his lip. His appearance matches his temperament.
