The only way I was able to get myself to finish the crowd was to make up a story for everyone in it. For instance, the Gungan is Bazza, co-pilot of the Gassy Bantha. The Wookiees are killing time while waiting for a part to repair their ship. And so on, and so forth.
I also need to thank my wife for constantly saying, "You need a couple more guys there." and,"Is there going to be a second row of people?" and "You should put a whole group of Wookiees over there."
She's way smarter than me.
