A Quarren outlaw gloating over his latest victims. Holding a matching custom blaster pistol and blaster carbine. Wears a lucky charm, although it hasn't helped him from getting injured in the past as he has lost half of one tentacle and has a scar on his right 'pointy face thingy'. He is covered in a heavy wintercloak that covers all his other helpful gadgets.
