The Artists' Palace

Due to a full house at the Embassy Suites, myself, Chris 'Cartographer' West, Kris 'Eclipse' Vanderwater, and Mark 'Join Us' Etter ended up with a ginormous corner room on the 17th floor. The rest of our merry band of travelers were stuck with the tiny matchboxes we had last year (not really... I actually thought the other rooms were quite large... which only emphasises how big this pad was in comparison).

As a concession to everybody else in the smaller rooms, I justified our good fortune as being a requirement for housing all the artists (especially the egos! ;)

But the real benefit of having the largest room was that we could comfortably fit our entire group inside. This became the designated after hours hangout for the entirety of the con.
