Picture-wise- Its a great development over that layer of -Holo-zine?
Damn, tryin' to make star wars words from "magazine" is hard.
But, I like this new shadowed face, effect, fits well with the rest of the pic.
And, as a constructive critic, Those skin lines on his hand, look... out of? uhh? hmmm, Lets see if i can find a word....

This may take a while... In-proportional?, no Out of realism... I really would suck working for the NY times..hmmm

Roz - I am yet to do the rest of the shading and lighting, so hopefully that cleans up the hand thing. As it is the diffused shading on the hand is what makes it look odd, I think.

Hey Mercy,

The picture is Kick@$$, Sweet, Awesome. I forgot all about a price for the comic. That just rocks the way this one has turned out. Nath thought the subtext was in reference to letting people know that he has a girlfriend or so he said. lol.

I would have posted earlier but I just got back from a Bass tournament that I am co-directing with my brother-in-law. We finished dead last with no Bass to show for it.

Sorry to hear you didn't do so well at the Fishing, did you have to finish early again? I know co-directing can cut into your fishing time...

It looks great. I dont think the whole structure needs to be in the picture. Anyone who has played the SW:Kotor games will recognized as being the Grove from the planet Dantooine. A great start. I have a story for it just haven't wrote it down yet.

Looks great! Yep, each one of the kids falls into the three Jedi categories. Nath is the Jedi Sentinel, Joss is the Jedi Guardian, and Eliza is the Jedi Consular. Now on to number three. Whoa-ho!!!!

Sorry this has taken so long - hubby's had to go to England following a death in the family and I'm finding it hard to concentrate on anything (been, like, 12 years since we've spent more than a night or two apart!)

It is looking great Mercy. I just showed Joss the sketches and he thought they were AWESOME! The blaster bolt defelection is excellent as well as the stance and clothing. I am so jazzed about these pics you have done for the kids and all the previous ones also.

Joss is about 19 yrs. old in his first solo adventure of this type. Is he up to the challenge, that is the question?

P.S. Sorry to heard about the loss of a family member. I will keep the family in my prayers and that Chris has a safe trip there and back.

I agree actually. I was trying to keep it in line with the other issues (which all have white lettering for the name) but I think it will need to be datker to be readable...

It looks great Mercy! I am working on the story now to put with the picture and I will email it to you when I am done. The action scene is awesome along with the blaster bolt deflection. He is truly a Jedi Guardian in the making.
