I find this an interesting concept, partly for trying to convey emotion on non-human faces, partly because the subjects are also dark-siders.

I started statting a new character today, hopefully one that I can play when Drig starts GMing.

His name is Dax, and I'm trying to think of a good last name. I was going to name him Dax Mynar, but I'm starting to like the sound of Dax Manoc...

Edit: I think I'll stick with the name Dax Mynar. Also, I think I like the jacket... but which color?

I'm a huge fan of my custome watercolor brushes and my Wacom Bamboo tablet. Hope this turns out good.

Hey all, I decided to take a look through some old work and redo some of them. I found my original scan of my force campaign character, Amira Kihara and decided to take her digital. Orinally she was just a quick sketch rendered in ballpoint and marker, and while I wanted to redo her with justice the thought of redrawing her onto watercolor paper seemed daunting. Yes, I am lazy =p

Jedi Knight Arik Vandar. He is about 30 years old. Dark, brown hair, Mostly unkept. He's a nice guy, but a bit of a troublemaker. He would have that, "I'm up to something" grin on his face. He wears a standard Jedi Robe, although it is a bit dirty and worn due to the fact that He's a bit of a slob. He wields a green saber.

Unaware of what transpires elswhere on the Deathstar. Johr, begins cutting power cables to the turbo lifts so no re-enforcements can arrive down the hall. His mission is to shut down the defence grid and the turbo-lasers on this sector.

Anyways, was hoping to get a scene pic of Shades and Cyare from the beginning of the story. Shades is a prisoner on a mando ship after a nasty fight. So she's got various wounds (none really threatening), her mechanical eye got ripped out so she's got cords dangling, and her mechanical arm got snapped off at the elbow. In other words she's a serious mess. XD

To give you an Idea of where I am here's a little older WIP on that Kel Dor to wet you appetite. Hope it's going where you'd like it!

"Xian is a Korun from the gosh Windu. Basically a human sub species from the same tribe as Mace Windu. Xian at a young age joined the Empire. This was of course while the Empire had been returned to Sith rule. Xian did not favor the Sith but liked the order brought about by the the previous Emperor Fel. When agents loyal to the Emperor Fel discovered his true loyalties they transferred him to the famed 501st legion.

I added another portrait of Asok to my paper-doll collection today, and it left me wanting more...

So I decided to do a more action-oriented scene.

Trying to work in some background stuff. I might add some easter eggs or summat.

The first one may never see the light of day as a finished picture being my version of a completed request by Asok. the second one is a request I am supposed to be working on and continually get distracted by my life in general. The third is a scout I am playing with, just figuring some techniques out.
