Hello SWAG artists: I am extremely pleased to see you all back! I've been waiting a year :o) My extreme appreciation and patience goes to the artist that chooses to create my favorite and most personal character of all time. He is someone I have seen before as he was a SWG toon.

Name: Steq Katarq , similar to Kyle Katarn in name
Birthplace: Sulon, Baron's Hed
Height: Between 5ft 9in and 5ft 11in
Skin tone: an olive complexion, perhaps a little darker as he spends most of his time on Tatooine, Lok, Naboo and Corellia.

In his late teens he decided not to follow his relatively wealthy father into the ore mining business. Instead he fell in line with a local gang and put his favorite leisure activity (riding his swoop bike) into the service of Taun Pander, the swoop gang boss. Eventually the small time Taun Pander was ousted from the swoop gang by another member fleeing to Lok and making it to Corellia. Steq followed Taun every step of the way. Taun and Steq founded the Agrilat Swoop Gang based in the Crystal Swamps of Corellia. They both were highly sought after by CorSec. Eventually the heat became too much for Taun and he abandoned the swoop gang and his "apprentice" Steq Katarq. Steq Katarq led the Agrilat Swoop Gang from that point on (after defeating rival members in a deadly swoop race for ownership of the gang). The gang was eventually destroyed by CorSec but Steq would flee to Tatooine then Naboo to join a larger crime syndicate.

At this point in time Steq can be described as follows: Again an olive complexion, he has white hair, white ponytail that ends at the neck, white eyebrows and white mustache connecting into other facial hair which I can only describe as the "facial hair that the father on Ocean County Choppers has minus the walrus feel". His clothing would be gruff, most likely a duster, gloves, boots -- all a sandy color and feel. Swoop helmet and swoop goggles would be on his person at all times. His weapon is a large T-21 rifle OR Trandoshan rifle slung across his back. Perhaps he has a bandolier, many pockets or not?

For the sake of the artist he has complex emotions like all of us but a good characterisation would be: A stong leader, persuasive, runs to fight another day but when he has to make a tough decision he makes it but his guilt may eat him alive later.

He is known by the nickname "Big Sulonian". It is a reference more to his persona than his physical appearance. He has named his starfighter "Big Sulonian" as well.
