Navin Turkana - Twi'lek Smuggler [Braltika]

Hey all, I'd like to put in a request, if that's ok. heheh Navin Turkana, or "Turk", is a stoic Twi'lek smuggler. He's emotionless, calculating, and stone-faced. Some accuse him of being heartless, because he does what reason dictates, and not necessarily what compassion would compel others to do. He's a white-skinned Twi'lek male, looking much like Bib Fortuna - with forehead bumps and little neck wattles, red eyes and sharp teeth, too. Everything else is up for interpretation. Whatever you think works! He's a SW Spock, a rational man who lives outside the unjust laws of the Empire. Hope you like this concept!
