I had some weird idea, which I really would like to see realized.
I thought: "Why have you never seen any politician/senator of a more warrior-like race? Even they have to have politicians, if they want to participate in any political organization."
So I came up with the character Hyywirrann. Hyywirrann has a rare fur-coloration for a wookiee - a dark gray, almost black, with red vertical stripes. Therefore he catches the eye of anyone right away.
He learned to use his eye-catching appearance to gain political influence on Kashyyyk and beyond. Some time around his 24th birthday he already gained a seat in a organization like the galactic senate and was declared senator. Since then, the white-furred, red-eyed wookiee expanded his personal influence as well as the influence of the wookiees, gaining them the right to settle several planets, making the wookiees a serious faction in the galaxy.
In detail, Hyywirrann is slightly above average in height and is always surrounded by an aura of authority and determination. To support this aura, he wears more clothes than the typical wookiee. His "normal" wardrobe consists of a colorful and elaborate helmet, a vest-like plaid, pauldrons, fitting to the helmet and a big belt. As a plus, he does always wear a ryyk-blade at his belt, even when participating in a senate-assembly.
Therefore, Hyywirrann clearly shows off his unshakable dedication to his people.
