Sobchak, Kel Dorian Carny [Asok]

Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to this website so if my request seems a little outlandish then I apologize. I've had this idea for a character for quite some time, and it doesn't particularly fit a Star Wars class to a tee, but let's see how things work out anyway.

Background:
I've got this idea for a character, he's Kel Dor (to fit my avatar on the SWTOR boards) and he runs a smuggling operation under the guise of a full fledged carnival through his ship, "The Bazaar." Seeing as smuggling is big business, Sobchak would see smuggling as his main profession and running the carnival as the façade. The carnival is rather large and, well, eccentric, with many carnies and fantastic creatures and the like. It's a rather successful carnival but for the sake of modesty and "realism" I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's the Star Wars equivalent of Cirque du Soleil. Everyone on The Bazaar (except Sobchak) is a carny first and a smuggler second, many of whom aren't even aware of the smuggling operation.

The character:
Quick aside: Seeing as Sobchak isn't exactly a traditional Kel Dor name I just label it an adoptive alias.
I'm really just looking for a portrait-style drawing here. The character is your typical shady smuggler, he's not a goofy character, more of just an all-around odd fellow. I think there's an epidemic of smugglers who need to be Han Solo-esque know-it-all's or super sarcastic cool guys, and while that's all well and good I'm looking for a little bit of a break from the norm. This is someone who could be considered extremely odd and eccentric, almost to the point of being unapproachable. He doesn't just spew out random jargon to be odd, but his behavior is very quirky and unpredictable, and errs on the side of selfish. His motives are shady and his business is vague, and that's how he likes to keep it.

I don't need anything too grand or spectacular. I realize I gave some detail about the ship but there isn't anything I'm really expecting that involves the ship beside background detail/colors/etc. I had envisioned the setting of this carnival to take place within the ship itself, which would resemble something of a zeppelin or blimp with a vast amount of space to house a regular carnival. If in terms of detail this helps you out in anyway I'm glad, but I feel like I might be wasting a little time so I'll just go ahead and list some quick description to ease this along
