Rebellion Era: gun-runners and starship raiders [Asok]

Good evening! I was looking for someone who would be willing to put together an image or two for a Saga Edition campaign I'm running. The campaign centers around a trio of characters who loosely serve the Rebellion as a sleeper cell on the Outer Rim world of Siskeen, which has recently come under Imperial control. While awaiting orders from the Rebellion for activation, they typically engage in smuggling arms to local pirate groups friendly to the Rebellion and raiding a few shipments of their own. They all operate off of a Ghtroc 720 named the Falchion's Strike. The pilot is a human native of Commenor, separated from his family as a young child. Though a privateer, he operates by a very distinct code and it particular about having a tidy uniform. He's regarded as strong, though not overly muscular. He has close-cropped dark hair and a trimmed beard as well. His favorite weapon is a good blaster pistol. His co-pilot is a ( would love for you to decide - Elomin or Rodian), engineer, more interested in making the ship fly than being involved in any type of mission. He is however, fiercely loyal and devoted to doing his part to bring down the Empire. And finally, there is LT-21, the medical droid who was reprogrammed as a light tactical combat droid after he developed the unique perspective that organic beings suffered from the condition of being well... organic. After several intentionally botched surgeries he was inevitably forced into storage and found many years later. I would love to have individual shots of each character, as well as an iconic shot of the three of them engaged in a shoot out at the boarding ramp of their Ghtroc 720. I realize that's a lot to ask, but I would certainly be incredibly thankful for even a single portrait. I appreciate all this community does to humor guys like me. Thanks!

Just out of plain curiosity. How tall are the characters? .. at least in comparison to one another?... Is the human fat, skinny, athletic, muscular.... same with the rodian. What kind of medical droid is LT-21 there are a lot of different models. Will any of the models work? If they do.. then perhaps http://swagonline.net/node/7105 this guy will fit the bill.

Just some questions that might help an artist decide if they want to take it or not.

Xanamiar... Thanks for your response! I do like the model that you included in your comment. I've also looked around and think http://www.swagonline.net/node/1146 is a great depiction as well. Since he is a converted medical droid, two conceptions come to mind. The first is with the idea that medical droids would have been created to be aesthetically pleasing and innocuous in general features. They might have possessed sleek lines, neutral colors, and even perhaps a delicate feel; particularly less mechanical in appearance than a typical droid. Depicted this way, LT-21 might have some elements of this aesthetic remaining, but would probably have sections peeled back or removed, maybe even rusted or decayed from his time in storage. It might be interesting to have his faceplate removed so he has a somewhat grossly skeletal look. The other way in which he could be imaged would be much more militarized. Being converted to a military droid, naturally he might appear armored and deadly. I think somewhere in between these two might work great, so that the juxtaposition of the medical aesthetic with a combative appearance would make him quite interesting.

As for the human pilot, I would almost imagine him as a Daniel Craig type figure. Strong, but not overly muscular. Perhaps shorter than average height, and possessing broad shoulders and a compact frame. Daniel Craig seems to embody that rough but classy feel. As I mentioned above, having short dark hair and a beard. A far as his dress, I would love for him to be geared in something that brings to mind the old west. If you've ever seen the show Firefly, they have a similar style. I think that makes more sense for someone out on the Outer Rim, rather than having a nice pair of navy slacks with a yellow stripe down the side or a little vest. Sense light armor would not be out of place. His weapon of choice would be a heavy blaster pistol, though it would seem perfectly congruous for him to have some type of blade weapon,

And the Rodian, or Elomin, or whatever... Well I guess the only thing I would suggest for him is that his garb is more utilitarian, seeing as how he would be responsible for navigation, shops mechanics, etc. I think if he was somewhat tall that would be great, so that part of the campaign dynamic could be how he increasingly begins to stand out in an environment more and more opposed to non-human species.

Thanks again, I really appreciate it!

Asok... That looks incredible! Can't thank you enough for being willing to take this on. I really do appreciate it! You've got a great talent for really taking a character concept and embodying it with a unique vitality and personality all your own! Thanks again!
