Member since: 2009Hey there, this is a request for a picture for a character in my RPG group; a bit of an oddball who I doubt I'll ever find a picture for without having it specifically made.
Brumak is second in command of the smuggler/pirate vessel "Screaming Eagle", and the aggressive negotiator of our little mercenary band. Towering at over three meters tall, he wears full battle armour and an open-faced helmet, and wields either an enormous power-hammer that can barely be lifted by lesser men, or an E-Web repeating blaster with a generator strapped across his back. His skin is grey-green, he is permanently angry, fearless to the point of stupidity (he once attempted to single-handedly take on an entire Sith battalion), and should probably be depicted smoking a cigar.

I love Savrips...which kind do you picure him to be? The more lizard,scalely, horned version. Or....the one that is pictured with the boy on wookiepedia? It seem kinda a shame to cover up all that intimidating bulky muscle
I had a very similar concept once - but I imagined a crazed warlord who used armored Savrips as a military force, like the trolls from LotR.

Certainly he's been portrayed more as the classic lizardlike, long-necked Savrip akin to the Dejarik piece seen in Ep IV; as for covering up the muscle, his armour was custom made and fitted, so it's perfectly feasible that it would be skin-tight and show off his physique. I balked at the prospect of an armoured Savrip to begin with and made him pay through the nose for it; his armour cost more than some starships.
Are you going to take this one, Casca? Because if not, I'd like to take a crack at it.
