Just updated my campaign site. Lots of new artwork on there from me and Elfgirl. We've moved into 3D art the last few years from traditional and I'm really pleased with how a lot of it is coming out. We've spent a lot of time and money learning things that some artists take for granted (not having been formally trained) and our understanding of light, color and composition has really come a long way. I can't recommend the Gnomon Workshop DVD's strongly enough, they may be a bit pricy for some, but we've acquired a nice collection of about two dozen and they really provide some excellent instruction by way of major players in the industry, such as Feng Zhu , Ian Mccaig & Ryan Church. So, if you haven't checked them out I highly recommend looking into it, each DVD provides 2-3 hours of excellent art instruction, and while some are software based lessons (Church uses Painter exclusively it seems) the knowledge gained in regards to composition, color, lighting and other aspects that make a great piece of art are invaluable.
