Luke is now played by....Daniel Radcliff
Liea is now Christina Ricci
Han is now replaced with Snake Plissken
Obi wan is now played by Anthony Hopkins
C3po is now Sonny from irobot
r2d2 is now Johnny5
Chewbacca is now ....messin; with Sasquatch
the emperor is now Christopher Walken
Boba Fett is now Zaeed from mass effect as played by Mickey Rourke
Admittedly there is alot of cheating going on...and I once again forgot to adjust for my big butt screen when saving...sorry for the skinny

Mayhaps, I have done some research into the matter....just sayin'. Kinda struggling with crap equipment and alot of pain pill filled delusions. But I am playing around with it....looking more Mass Effecty than Star warsy though...getting ready for the release with another play through of the first two.

Greedo as an Andorian has got me thinking... It would be fun to re-imagine Star Wars taking place in the Star Trek universe.

Clone Troopers & Storm Troopers - T-800's / T-888's (cybernetic organisms covered with living tissue; 888 / Tripple-8 series referenced from the Sarah Connor Chronicles), still wearing the Trooper armor, just has better accuracy and takes way more than just a few blaster bolts to knock down and stay down.

Definitely try to google Julia Benson if your not familiar with her. Acrobatically, Mila Jovovich would probably be just as suitable, tho just a bit lacking in the measurements department. Not sure who else, Angelina Jolie as a third candidate?
Loved the ABC robots from Judge Dread! Way more brutal than the stock B1's and B2's
Could possibly use the Judge cycles in place of speeder bikes, though the Tron light cycles could be an interesting alternative.
How about ED-209's in place of Droidekas ? Maybe swap hard shell ammunition for lasers...
All is cool and this is actually quite fun tossing around ideas for who and what could be :)
Hmm, a total re-imaging wouldn't be complete without some ImpStar Captains and Admirals too...
Idea - how about Angelina Jolie as one of the ImpStar Captains or Admirals? (Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow character reference, possibly complete with eye patch) , if you were welling to gender-swap one of the cast roles.

Christopher Plummer sans Klingon makeup would also make a wicked Grand Moff Tarkin

With the darker more ominous feel maybe Gary Oldman in his dracula form for the emperor.

Hey, for the larger vehicle sized droids like the spider & hellfire droids - I think some 25ton battlemechs would work such as the Tarantula and Locust IIC or Solitaire.
Just a couple more ideas there.
When you think about it, if the Clone troopers were mostly comprised of T-800's (human clones also in the mix), that'd make for quite a heated and brutally epic battlefield match...

I love the idea of Ogra...and here I was all prepaired to bring up Mr. Miyagi.
The tarantula is my fav small mech when team with wraiths..but I always have problems keeping their damn legs glued on.
I was tring to keep the storm troopers regular types. Generic mass troop guys
Now I keep picturing famous scenes from the movie with our new characters in them...look up the scenes and let your imagination soar..

Didn't know you played Battletech, much less with actual minis. Had a friend who played it, sometimes he'd bring over his books and minis, though most battletech I ever played was the PC version aka the Mech Warrior series. Was pretty fun tho - when my friend did bring over his battletech stuff, i'd pop the mechwarrior game cd's into the cd player as they had the soundtracks in audio-cd format. Lol, think i gotta que some up in winamp now for old times sake.
So, you're going to illustrate this awesomely new cast of characters at some point Casca?

I am trying....it's daunting (didnt spell that anywhere near right)Daughnting..dang...overwhelming...overbearing, large task...but yeah, gonna give it a shot..nearly done with Zaeed Fett. Then probably a pic of Angalina, Klytus and Christina Ricci right before the first test of the deathstars power on Alderan...of course in my movie...it ends with Clint Eastwood entering the command center on the Deathstar and shotting Grand Moff Tarkin and saying " he should have armed himself if he's gonna blow up planets with my freinds on them"...william money out of Kansas.
Lol, now that'd be a priceless scene with Clint Eastwood on the Deathstar command center.
Will be looking forward to when you do manage those pics. Even what you've shown here with Zaeed Fett, is looking really good!

Horray. WIP uploaded....I should really draw the things out first. I just sorta put a blob of color where i want it kinda shaped right then fix as I go. Stopped useing lens flare to...good ol' gaussemer blur. Need a good leather refrence for the holster, kinda thinking along the lines of the movie the Shadow...maybe look up some scenes. Got some plans for the mid section armor too, more Zaeedy. Going for a leather band on the upper arm..thus the hole there. And arm tats need a major overhaul. but anyway..what I have so far..thanks
